Rivers Edge Village is a new home community of 127 single family homes coming soon to Conway. Rivers Edge Village is located at and has frontage on both East Country Club Drive as well as John Doctor Road (beyond the Langston Heights subdivision). Rivers Edge is planned to be a conservation subdivision.- maintaining a significant portion of the site as open space. The land owner, Snow Hill Company, owns the overall 469 acre piece of property. Rivers Edge Village will be the initial project within this overall property - consisting of just over 123 acres. The Rivers Edge Village portion of this property is located east of East Country Club Drive.

The first phase of Rivers Edge Village is on 54.56 acres, containing 11.48 acres of wetlands and 31.09 acres of Open Space. This first phase of Rivers Edge Village will consist of 95 single family homes with two access points off of East Country Club Drive.

The second phase of Rivers Edge Village is on 17.83 acres, containing 1.69 acres of wetlands and 8.54 acres of Open Space. This second phase of Rivers Edge Village will consist of 32 single family homes with two access points off of John Doctor Road.

In addition to the Open Space stated above, a 51.04 acre portion, located north of the two development phases is to dedicate as: Conservation Open Space.
