Maplewood Estates is a new home community of 69 single-family homes coming soon to Conway on approximately 28.89 acres of property. The community is planned along Long Avenue Extension, just a few miles northeast of downtown Conway, placing future residents close to the historic downtown district while also providing convenient access to the growing network of roads and development spreading through the Conway area. The location offers a particularly interesting combination of proximity to Conway's established city center and access to one of the area's increasingly active corridors for new residential development.

Maplewood Estates will be located adjacent to Collins Jollie, a large master-planned conservation subdivision that has become an important part of the ongoing expansion of residential development in the Conway area. Collins Jollie encompasses multiple sections of new-home development, with portions already being developed and additional sections still identified as future development. The larger conservation-oriented community brings together residential neighborhoods within a substantial planned area, creating a much broader development setting around Maplewood Estates than the community's approximately 28.89 acres alone would suggest.

Several established or emerging new-home communities are already part of the Collins Jollie master-planned development. Westwood Reserve, now being built by Stanley Martin Homes, is one of those communities. Nearby, Maple Grove is being developed by D.R. Horton, while Kingston Oaks is a Lennar community. Each represents a different section of the larger Collins Jollie development, illustrating the continued build-out of this portion of Conway.

With additional sections of Collins Jollie still designated as future development, Maplewood Estates is coming to an area that is continuing to take shape as a significant residential growth area northeast of downtown Conway.
