Martin Farm is a new home community in Conway although the locals may refer to this section of Conway as "Canon Hill". In 2021, VBCB Holdings purchased this 66 acre piece of land from the Martin family. The Martin Farm subdivision is planned to have 168 single family units in the first phase of development and 169 single family homes in the second phase of development. Martin Farm is located just outside of Conway directly off of Browns Way Shortcut Road. Development in this Conway new home community has not yet begun.

NOTE: Preliminary plans are indicating that Dove Crossing will be the name of this new home community in Conway.
