This Conway new townhome community of The Townes@Amber Bluff is conveniently located off of Route 378 right off of Savannah Bluff Road near where Highway 544 intersects with Highway 378 and very close to where Highway 501 intersects Highway 378 and Highway 544. Coastal Carolina University is just a short distance away from where The Townes@Amber Bluff will be developed. Downtown Conway is also just minutes away to the north/northwest.

Horry County has approved the development of 125 townhomes in The Townes@Amber Bluff.

D. R. Horton will be the builder in The Townes@Amber Bluff. D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States for several years and is very active in the Myrtle Beach area, with over 30 ongoing development projects in the area. D. R. Horton purchased this 16 acre piece of property in February of 2024.

D. R. Horton has not yet announced specific timing or pricing for the new townhome community of The Townes@Amber Bluff.
