News Title: Mungo Homes expected to start presales in the new home community of Hainer Place in the spring of 2025 - pricing in the mid $200's
Hainer Place is a new home community located north of downtown Conway just to the east of Highway 701 and along SC-65 that is coming soon!

Expectations are that Mungo Homes will be starting presales in Hainer Place in the Spring of 2025.

Mungo Homes has announced that pricing of the single-family homes in Hainer Place will be starting in the mid $200's.

Conway City Council approved the subdivision name of Hainer Place back in 2022. The initial phase of Hainer Place was approved for 53 single family lots on an approximate 17 acre parcel of land.

The approximate 34.75 parcel of land adjacent to Hainer Place was reviewed and received plan approval from the Technical Review Committee and received approval from the Commission back in 2023. This parcel was initially proposed with the name Rose Estates. The Rose Estates development plans called for 80 single family lots with frontage on Highway 65, Highway 813 and Lite Road. On January 6, 2025, Conway City Council approved the renaming of this previously named Rose Estates parcel to Hainer Place - extending Hainer Place and creating a subsequent second development phase of 80 single-family homes.

Single-family homes in Hainer Place will range from 1,148 square feet to 2,223 square feet.

Mungo Homes will be offering 7 different floor plans in the new home community of Hainer Place in Conway:
(1) Ford - 2 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 bathrooms, 1,383 square feet to 1,902 square feet of living space
(2) Howard - 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, 1,433 square feet to 1,959 square feet of living space
(3) Bartow - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,476 square feet
(4) Lawrence - 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 bathrooms, 1,500 square feet to 1,978 square feet of living space
(5) Brunswick - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,548 square feet
(6) Guilford - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,772 square feet to 1,816 square feet of living space
(7) Kershaw - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,951 square feet to 1,962 square feet of living space
