NOTE: This Juniper Bay new home community of 61 single family homes should not be confused with the 20.29 acre of land nearby that was recently rezoned in February of 2025 from FA to MHP for 46 manufactured homes in Juniper Bay Mobile Home Park.
Shelly Farm, a new 205 single-family home community, and Bayview a new Starlight Homes community of 157 single-family homes are a couple of other new home communities being planned in the area.
As of September of 2025, timing and plans for development of this new Juniper Bay community in Conway have not yet been announced.
