The new home community of Kingston Preserve is in the latter stages of planning. Kingston Preserve is located slightly west of downtown Conway located at the corner of Highway 378 and Hemingway Chapel Road. Kingston Preserve will feature a total of 407 single family homes on an approximate 187.88 acre parcel of land and will be developed as a conservation subdivision. Kingston Preserve will be the second conservation subdivision in Conway – the first conservation subdivision in Conway being the Collins Jollie master planned community (Westwood Reserve. Kingston Oaks, Maple Grove, etc.). The first phase of Kingston Preserve is proposing 134 single family lots.
Mills Pointe
Mills Pointe is a new townhome community coming soon to Conway located slightly west of downtown Conway. The Mills Pointe townhome development is proposing 2 phases, on each side of Belladora Road (between Highway 378 and the Rosewood Subdivision). The first phase of development in Mills Pointe will be on the west side of Belladora Road (3.78 acres) and will contain 48 townhome units in 8 six unit buildings. Thirty two of the townhome units will be 2 bedroom units and sixteen of the townhome units will be three bedroom units. Preliminary plans for Phase 1 indicate 103 off-street parking spaces of which 5 will have handicap access. The second phase of development in Mills Pointe will be on the east side of Belladora Road (3.94 acres) and will contain 18 townhome units in 3 six unit buildings. Twelve of the townhome units will be 2 bedroom units and six of the townhome units will be three bedroom units. Preliminary plans for Phase 2 indicate 39 off-street parking spaces of which 2 will have handicap access. Development in the Conway new townhome community of Mills Pointe has not yet begun.
Spring Oaks
Spring Oaks is a new home community in Conway that is planned to have over 90 single family homes. Spring Oaks is conveniently located in Conway, SC just minutes away from Conway and within a brief 20-30 minute drive to all of the attractions in the Grand Strand. Nestled between Highway 378 and Highway 501, Spring Oaks is a quiet area yet close enough to get to these highways that connect to the heart of Conway and Myrtle Beach. Spring Oaks is a Natural Gas new home community in Conway by Dream Finders Homes that started to presell in this new home community in early 2024.
Preliminary plans from D. R. Horton are indicating 77 single-family homes in Hemingway Landing. D. R. Horton has not yet announced specific plans, timing and pricing for the new home community of Hemingway Landing.
