News Title: Great Southern Homes set to be releasing the first phase of about 50 single-family homes in the Conway new home community of Westwood Reserve.
Great Southern Homes is the builder of the new community in Conway named Westwood Reserve.

Westwood Reserve is set be to be first new single-family home community in the master planned Collins Jollie Subdivision to release homes for sale.

The Master Plan for the Collins Jollie Subdivision is proposing a total of 1,333 units (single-family detached and single-family attached) across approximately 809 acres, while splitting the property into multiple tracts (with multiple owners) for development.

Each tract that is being split off will need to be developed in accordance with the approved Master Plan. Westwood Reserve is the name of one of the subdivisions within the master planned community of Collins Jollie. Creekside Homes submitted the initial plans for Westwood Reserve. In January 2024, United Homes Group, Inc. (UHG), acquired the homebuilding business and assets of Creekside Custom Homes, LLC. UHG operates in the southeastern United States, with its builder brand Great Southern Homes having an emphasis on South Carolina, Georgia, and soon North Carolina markets.

Preliminary plans from Great Southern Homes are to build 215 single family homes on a 134 acre parcel (Westwood Reserve) within the Collins Jollie master planned community.

Land development in Westwood Reserve in Conway is underway and construction of the model homes and spec homes in the first phase is also well underway.

Great Southern Homes is pricing the new single-family homes in Westwood Reserve starting at $300,000.

Expectations are that Great Southern Homes will be releasing the first phase of about 50 single-family homes within the next few weeks.

A couple of the other Collins Jollie subdivisions (Kingston Oaks and Maple Grove) are also moving forward with development. Lennar is close to announcing presales for an initial phase of 185 single family homes in Kingston Oaks. D. R. Horton has not yet announced timing for Maple Grove.
