Heritage Preserve is a new home community with close proximity to Carolina Forest although technically within the Conway city limits. Heritage Preserve has two primary sections: (1) Heritage Oaks and (2) Heritage Downs. As of January 2023, development of the 168 single familyes in the Heritage Oaks section has been completed. completed. As of May 2023, there were only 16 single family units left to be developed and sold within the Heritage Downs section. Heritage Downs will have approximately 270 single family units when the section is completed. This Conway new home community is located not too far from the recently expanded International Drive, just off of Route 90 and is one of several Centex new home communities in Conway.
