The property is located just north of downtown Conway and north-adjacent to the existing Sherwood Forest and Country Club Estates subdivisions - just east of Highway 701.

Riverwood at Sherwood Forest is still in the preliminary planning stages with Conway City Council. This new home community in Conway is proposing 3 separate entrances on 3 separate roads: an enlarged 3 lane primary entrance off of East Country Club Drive and secondary 2-lane entrances off of both Graham Road and Long Road.

There are 147 single family lots being proposed in Riverwood at Sherwood Forest.

While there is a total of 12.64 acres of Open Space proposed on the most recent submittal, reconfiguration of the parcels may be necessary to qualify such areas as suitable an/or Open Space.
