Ridgefield is a new home community in Conway by D. R. Horton. D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States for several years and is very active in the Myrtle Beach area, with over 30 ongoing development projects in the area.
Ridgefield by D.R. Horton is located off Myrtle Ridge Drive in Conway, South Carolina. It is centered in between US-501 and SC-544, which means whether you turn left or right out of the community, you will be within minutes of local grocery stores, restaurants, attractions, golf courses, pharmacies, doctor offices and more. This new community will also feature amenities for the whole family such as a club house, fitness center, playground, and a community pool! Perfect for the warm and sunny Myrtle Beach weather. Ridgefield will feature a variety of D. R. Horton's most popular single-family floor plans and their Tuscan duet plan. The single-family plans range from 1,475-2,713 sq ft, 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3.5 bathrooms, 2-car garages and one and two-story options. The Tuscan duet plan is a one level paired ranch home with an amazing open floor plan. The spacious kitchen, dining, and family rooms all flow together nicely and a covered rear porch off the family room creates a seamless extension of living space. The Ridgefield subdivision will include about 464 single family units and 180 multi family units.
