White Oaks Estates is conveniently located east of Highway 501, just off of Cultra Road ever so slightly northwest of downtown Conway. White Oak Estates is in an area of Conway that is growing fast. White Oak Estates will be located next to the new townhome community of Collins Walk by Lennar. Collins Walk will ultimately have approximately 161 townhomes built in 3 phases of development. Great Southern Homes will be the builder in White Oak Estates. Great Southern Homes is a leading builder in the Southeast and has built over 11,000 homes since 2004. Great Southern Homes is well committed to Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach.
Great Southern Homes purchased this land where the White Oak Estates homes will be built just off of Cultra Road in January of 2024 and is planning on building 15 single family homes.
