Maroigold Place will be developed on an approximate 70 acre piece of land.

Preliminary desing of the Marigold Place subdivision is showing 94 single family detached lots bisected by wetlands.

D. R. Horton will be the builder in Marigold Place.

D. R. Horton purchased this piece of property in December of 2023. Founded in 1978, D. R. Horton has been in the home construction industry for nearly 50 years. The company went public in 1992. Since 2002, D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States. D. R. Horton now operates in over 100 markets in 33 states. D. R. Horton has been well committed to building in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. D. R. Horton is actively building in over 25 communities in the Myrtle Beach area.
