The new home community of Bayview is conveniently located on the east side of Highway 501 just north of downtown Conway.
Horry County has approved the development of 157 single-family homes in the new home community of Bayview in Upper Conway.

Spring Grove
Starlight Homes purchased an approximate 42-acre piece of property just southwest of downtown Aynor where they are building their new home community of Spring Grove.  The location of this parcel is in a quiet country like setting, slightly northeast of the intersection of Highway 501 and Highway 22, just off of Highway 319.  The single-family homes in the new Aynor community of Spring Grove started to presell in September of 2025.  There will be 100 single-family homes in the new home community of Spring Grove in Aynor.  The single-family homes in Spring Grove have sold from around $200 to the $320’s with an average selling price in the middle $240’s.
As of March 2026, Starlight Homes is selling the single-family homes in Spring Grove starting at $199,990.

Andalusia
The new home community of Andalusia in Loris is conveniently located just off of Highway 9, adjacent to the Crown Park Golf Club. The single-family homes in the Loris community of Andalusia started to sell in the summer of 2024.  There will be 202 single-family homes on an 117 acre piece of land in the new home community of Andalusia in Loris.   Starlight Homes has already sold about half of the single-family homes in Andalusia.  The single-family homes in Andalusia have sold from around $200 to the upper $320’s with an average selling price in the middle $250’s.
As of March 2026, Starlight Homes is selling the single-family homes in Andalusia starting at $233,490.

Plantersfield
Starlight Homes began to sell single-family homes in the Conway new home community of Plantersfield back in 2024.  In 2025, a little over a year later, Starlight Homes completely sold out all 87 single-family homes developed in Plantersfield.  The new single-family homes in Plantersfield sold from $200,000 to the low $300’s with an average selling price of approximately $260,000.
