Pinewood Estates is a new home community in Conway (Forney). This Conway (Forney) new home community is conveniently located just north of Route 378 - just a few miles west of downtown Conway.

Pinewood Estates is being developed on an approximate 70 acre piece of land.

Preliminary design of the Pinewood Estates subdivision is showing 94 single family detached lots bisected by wetlands.

D. R. Horton is the builder in Pinewood Estates.
