News Title: Lennar is looking to build another single-family home community in Conway on Spring Beauty Drive
Spring Beauty Estates is a new home community in the planning stages that is coming soon to Conway. The new home community of Spring Beauty Estates in Conway is located just a few miles south-southwest of downtown Conway.

Spring Beauty Estates is located just off of Browns Way Shortcut Road near the subdivisions of Harvest Ridge (an existing community) and Dove Crossing (a new home community currently under development by D. R. Horton).

Horry County is showing 100 single family units approved under the new home community name of Spring Beauty Estates.

Spring Beauty Estates will be developed on an approximate 40 acre parcel of land.

Lennar just purchased this property in late February of 2025.

Lennar is very active in the Myrtle Beach area and has several other new home communities being planned for the area.

Lennar has not yet announced timing or plans for the new home community of Spring Beauty Estates in Conway have not yet been announced.
