Oak Haven is a boutique new home community of only 10 homes, coming soon to Conway
Oak Haven is a new home community just a few minutes west of downtown Conway. The location of the new home community of Oak Haven is conveniently close to Highway 378 - a development backbone west of Conway because it provides land availability, transportation access, and evacuation infrastructure—all things needed to support the next wave of residential growth in Horry County.
The preliminary plans for Oak Haven propose an in-common residential development consisting of ten (10) single family dwellings.
The new home community of Oak Haven is adjacent to Westridge Boulevard and will sit on an approximate 1.6 acre piece of land.
The current zoning of this parcel is Medium Density Residential (R-2). In the City of Conway, South Carolina, the Medium Density Residential (R-2) district is designed to provide areas for a variety of housing types, including attached, detached, semi-attached, and multi-family residential developments. It is intended to accommodate more density per acre than the Low Density (R-1) district while prohibiting uses that would interfere with a residential environment.
Sellers General Construction LLC currently owns this property. Sellers General Construction is a 2nd generation, full service, family-owned entity that specializes in industrial, commercial, residential, and structural steel buildings. The principal, Johnny Sellers grew up in Conway, SC and worked in construction his entire career. In 1997, he decided to open his own firm and began residential work throughout Litchfield, Pawley’s Island, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, Loris, Aynor, and surrounding areas. Since its inception, customers throughout the Grand Strand area have been putting their trust in Sellers General Construction, and our growth is a testament to those built relationships.
As of March 2026, timing for construction has not yet been announced.
