News Title: Colonial Farms is a new community coming to Conway that will include both single-family homes and townhomes.
Colonial Farms will be developed slightly northwest of downtown Conway close to where Highway 378 intersects with Highway 501. Windsor Farms, Woodside Crossing, Country Manor, Rivertown Landing, Woodcreek and Beach Gardens are just a few of the existing subdivisions near where Colonial Farms will be developed.

Colonial Farms is a new community of both single-family homes and townhomes coming soon to Conway.

Beverly Homes will be the builder in Colonial Farms.

Preliminary plans from Beverly Homes are for there to be 2 primary building phases in the new home community of Colonial Farms in Conway.

Phase 1 (Single-Family Homes)
Phase 1 of Colonial Farms will occupy approximately 65 acres of land. Preliminary plans for Phase 1 are to include 131 single family homes. Lot sizes in Phase 1 for the single family homes will be a minimum of 7,500 square feet and will require a 75 foot minimum width. Open space in Phase 1 will have a total of 28.34 acres.

Phase 2 (Townhomes)
Phase 2 in Colonial Farms will occupy approximately 19.12 acres. Preliminary plans for Phase 2 are to include 97 townhomes. Lot sizes of the townhomes will be a minimum of 2,000 square feet.

Development in the Conway new home community of Colonial Farms in Conway has not yet begun.
